Overview
Wearable devices provide continuous measurements of physiological and behavioural signals, creating new opportunities to understand health and wellbeing outside traditional clinical settings.
This project explores how wearable data can be analysed using artificial intelligence to identify meaningful physiological patterns, support personalised health monitoring, and inform future health interventions.

- digital biomarkers;
- sleep and circadian rhythms;
- behavioural and health state modelling.
Current Work
Current projects include analysing wearable data collected from health studies, investigating cyclical physiological patterns, and exploring how these data can support explainable AI and future personalised recommendation systems.
This project provides the data and physiological modelling foundations for my broader research programme on personalised, explainable AI for health and wellbeing.
